GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1: RESERVATION
For all Customers, reserved rooms and dormitories are made available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. They must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure. If this time limit is exceeded, an additional night's stay may be charged at the posted public rate.
Group conditions apply to all bookings of 5 rooms or dormitories or more.
Any entity (agency, works council, association, club, etc.) of more than 10 adults booking a minimum of 5 rooms for which the price is paid in full is considered to be a group.\The purchaser is informed that the quotation/pre-booking form available on the site does not allow reservations to be made with on-line payment. To make a reservation request concerning a group, we recommend that you contact the hotel directly. It guarantees the purchaser the proposed rate, subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
In order to confirm the booking, the purchaser must return to the hotel, before the date indicated on the quotation, a copy of the quotation and the general terms and conditions of sale, duly dated and signed with the words "bon pour accord" ("good for agreement"). These documents must be accompanied by payment of the deposit.
If the purchaser changes the content of the program, the hotel reserves the right to modify its rates accordingly."
Article 2: PAYMENT TERMS
1/ Pre-authorizationA pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of 1 EUR will be made at the time of purchase confirmation to guarantee your reservation and will be released at the time of check-in.
An additional pre-authorization of 50€ may be requested upon arrival at the hotel as a deposit, which will be released on the day of check-out.
2/ BalanceThe balance must be paid no later than the day of arrival in cash or credit card. Vacation vouchers are not accepted.
Article 3: CANCELLATION/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, supplied on a specific date or for a specific period.
The customer is therefore informed that he does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
Any reservation, subject to receipt of confirmation by e-mail, is therefore firm and final.\However, cancellation conditions may apply depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking.Depending on the rate chosen by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation conditions may apply.\At the time of booking, customers are informed of the cancellation conditions for the rate they have selected. At present, there are two rates: "Non-refundable, non-cancellable": as soon as the booking is made, 100% of the booking amount is invoiced and is non-refundable. A deposit corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the reservation, excluding extras, is debited at the time of booking.
"Flexible": cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail. If the reservation is cancelled after this time, or in the event of a no-show, the first night, excluding extras, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the customer at the time of booking will be used to guarantee the reservation.
Article 4 : PRICES Rates are quoted in Euros. The applicable rates are those in force on the day the reservation is made. Tourist tax is added to the rates. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations, such as: modification of the applicable VAT rate, introduction of new taxes, etc. The VAT rate applied is the rate in force on the date of invoicing.
Article 5: EARLY DEPARTURE Any early departure must be notified to the hotel reception before 4pm the previous day, otherwise the first night cancelled will be charged.
Article 6: FORCE MAJEUREThe obligations contained herein will not be applicable or will be suspended if their execution has become impossible due to a case of force majeure such as, in particular: act of public authority, hostilities, war, natural disaster, fire, flood... The parties shall make every effort to prevent or reduce the effects of non-performance of the contract caused by an event of force majeure; the party wishing to invoke an event of force majeure must immediately notify the other party of the beginning and end of this event, failing which it cannot be relieved of its responsibility.
Article 7 : MEDIATEUR DE LA CONSOMMATION After referring the matter to the customer service department and failing a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage, whose contact details are given below:
